TTI Privilege Card

TTI Privilege Card is a membership programme introduced by TTI Management Sdn Bhd (TTI) that offers facilities and benefits to its members. There are two types of card which are Classic and Platinum.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Membership applications are open to all residents of Malaysia who are 18 years of age or older. Only one TPC membership is available per person.

2. How To Apply

Complete the application form in full and submit the completed form to TTI Management Sdn Bhd. Payment can be made by cheque, money order or postal order made payable to TTI Management Sdn Bhd. Cash and credit card payment will only be accepted at the above-mentioned address and upon issue of an official receipt.

3. Card Use

TPC is intended for the person name that appears on application form. The card needs to be presented to outlet cashiers for appropriate discount. TTI reserves the right to grant/change benefit/discount for each member and to request for proper identification card upon making payment.

4. Membership Entitlement

Benefits offered to cardholders are set-out in the schedule herein and subject to availability. TTI reserves the right to replace or change any item of approximate value without prior notice.

5. Expiry Date & Renewal

TPC is valid for 12 months from the date of application acceptance. The cardholders shall observe the expiration date of the card. Subject to fulfilment of all prevailing criteria, the card may be renewed for such period that may be determined by TTI at the material time and be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

6. Lost/Stolen/Damaged Card

The cardholders shall immediately inform TTI once their cards are discovered to be lost, stolen or damaged. The lost, stolen or damaged card will be replaced subject to payment of RM15.00 charge fee.

7. Changes, Breach and Termination

TTI reserves the right to terminate or discontinue member- ship if the member fails to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Others

These Terms and Conditions are also available in Bahasa Melayu version. In the event of inconsistency, the English version shall prevail .

TPC Platinum Card Members Benefits &Privileges

TTI ‘KRISTAL LOUNGE’ at B’beteng Restaurant

Kristal Lounge grants complimentary access for Platinum card members only.

Operating hours is from 12.00 noon-11.00pm.
Free Internet access signal (WiFi).
Free usage of PC upon availability (First come first served).
1x complimentary drink.
Complimentary reading materials, television viewing and discussion area for members.
All Platinum card members will be allowed to invite one (1) guest on complimentary basis. The 2nd guest will be charged at RM 10.00 per pax.
Entrance is free for kids below 7 years old.
Members can make Food and Beverage orders at B’beteng Restaurant.
Smoking section is provided.
Members can opt to choose to lounge in air-conditioned and/or non air-conditioned area.
